All Red Star XXII will be held at (KPTV) Porterville, CA This will be our 22nd year and we are planning for lot's of training and some fun events as always. Formation Training Requirements For non-FAST patched pilots: It is a requirement as a pilot at ARS that you possess a copy and have studied the RPA Formation Manual. Event Fees Due to rising food costs and that we are providing vans this year we have had to increase the event fee to $300.00, which given what we eat and drink still seems to be a bargain, this is an all inclusive event with the exception of the Thursday night dinner which will be taking place at Don Vino's restaurant in town.
